Iván García Castro

Mining Engineer and MSc. Extractive Metallurgy (U. de Chile 2002). Process Engineer with 12 years experience in the mining area linked to the development of innovation projects. Focused on the introduction of new production technologies, process optimization and environmental solutions. Specifically, development of leaching copper concentrates technologies, flue dusts and impurities stabilization processes. Inventor of a patented technology for stabilization of arsenic and antimony from flue dust and refinery bleeding at the world's largest industrial operation (Chuquicamata). Posseses high technical excellence and entrepreneurship, skill in identifying and executing business opportunities, structured, responsible, with strong values ​​of loyalty, perseverance, friendship and honesty.

Martín Vega Mayer

Industrial Engineer with a minor in Mining Engineering, Universidad de Chile (1999); MBA, Stuttgart Institute of Management and Technology (Germany, 2004). Has 12 years’ work experience in Germany, USA, and Chile. Emphasis on Technology Transfer in Mining, first as a General Manager of a Chilean technology transfer office, and later as Director, Business Development of Queensland, Australia, for the countries Chile, Peru and Colombia. A native Spanish speaker, he is also fluent (full command) in English and German. Stands out for his fast learning, excellence in project execution, for his honesty, and for building and leading motivated, multidisciplinary teams. Ability to negotiate with international companies, structuring, creating and selling projects.
